Information you choose to send

When you request an estimate, call, email, or text Clear Path, you may provide contact details, a property location, photos, and information about what needs to be removed. Clear Path uses that information to review the request, communicate with you, and provide the requested service information.

The online estimate form asks for a name, phone number, optional email address, and job details. Form submissions are processed by Formspree so the inquiry can be delivered to Clear Path. Do not submit financial account information, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the form.

Website analytics

Clear Path uses Google Analytics for traffic and usage measurement and Microsoft Clarity for behavioral analytics such as clicks, scrolling, heatmaps, and session replay. These tools help identify which pages are useful, where visitors encounter problems, and how the website can be improved.

Website analytics can include pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser characteristics, referring pages, interaction events, and technical performance information. Clear Path does not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, form messages, SMS contents, or exact customer addresses as analytics event data.

Session replay and form privacy

Clarity's session-replay technology reconstructs interactions with the website, such as navigation, clicks, pointer movement, and scrolling. It does not record a visitor through a camera or microphone.

Microsoft states that input fields are masked in all Clarity masking modes. Clear Path also marks the complete estimate form for masking and does not use Clarity's unmasking feature. Form-field contents are not intended to appear in session replay.

Cookies and consent choices

Analytics storage is denied by default. Until analytics is allowed, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. Clarity operates in its limited no-consent mode without using its analytics cookies to connect activity across pages.

If you select Allow analytics, Google Analytics and Clarity may use first-party or third-party cookies and similar technologies for analytics and session continuity. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied by this website's consent settings.

Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. On smaller screens, the site may wait about 10 seconds before presenting the initial analytics choice so it does not interrupt primary page actions. Analytics storage remains denied during that delay. Use the Privacy choices control in the footer at any time to open the choice immediately, decline, or allow analytics. Declining changes the consent signals back to denied and instructs both analytics tools not to use analytics storage.

Service providers and external sites

Google, Microsoft, and Formspree process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Review the Google Privacy Policy, Microsoft Privacy Statement, and Formspree policy linked above for more information.

Links to Facebook, Nextdoor, or other external websites take you to services that apply their own privacy practices.
